An advance payment may be required to confirm your tour package or vehicle booking. The advance amount will be communicated during the booking process. Your booking will be confirmed once the agreed advance payment is received.
The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed timeframe before or during the trip, as communicated at the time of booking. Any additional charges, if applicable, will be informed to the customer.
Customers who wish to cancel a booking should contact GR Tours & Travels Madurai as early as possible. Cancellation charges, if any, will depend on the booking terms, travel date, services arranged, and expenses already incurred.
Eligible refunds will be processed according to the applicable cancellation terms. The refund amount and processing time will be communicated to the customer after the cancellation request is reviewed. Any non-refundable expenses or applicable cancellation charges may be deducted.
